印西风情 – Bountiful Kitchen

黑白主调永远是最合拍的,这家餐厅没有花巧的设计,但简单的黑白色调却带出高贵的格调。一眼望去,餐厅里干净整齐。这就是最好的饮食环境。

厨师是一名印度人(Raj) ,由于曾经读过华校,所以懂得说流利的华语和福建话,因此沟通起来一点儿都不难。曾经在各大小烹饪比赛中脱颖而出的Raj, 原来曾经在Ghotel当过厨师。单凭这一点,我对其菜肴也有了一定的信心。这家餐厅走的是Fusion路线,要做fusion说难不难,说易不易,因为搭配的不好整个菜肴就会被破坏。

Mango & Papaya Lassi 【RM7.90】

重口味的我,先来为大家介绍这两款奶昔,奶昔的果味芳香,奶昔也十分浓郁,即使放在那里许久,奶昔也不会变稀,这肯定用了足称的原料才能如此吧?

Butter Chicken Set 【RM22.90】
看到这个铁盘,就会想到传统的印度餐,里头装着Briyani饭和咖喱鸡,还有其他的配菜。厨师采用了巴基斯坦的米,这种米比普通米较为干涩。Briyani散发出淡淡的香料味,配上浓郁的咖喱鸡,真是绝妙啊!其他的配料则有Garden Vegies、Dhall Curry、Yoghurt Raita和Papadum(印度咸饼)。
Ala Salsa Salmon 【RM23.90】

厚身的三文鱼配上芒果,果然十分清新,配上芒果Salsa甜酱,甜滋滋之余也十分开胃。萨尔萨辣酱(英语:Salsa)是墨西哥菜肴中常用的烹调和佐餐料,一般用番茄和辣椒制成。不过,这个Mango Salsa里则有粒粒的芒果肉,增添口感。


Cumin Chicken 【RM14.90】

Cumin是茴香,是印度餐里常出现的香料,而Raj则用了茴香来制成酱料来搭配鸡扒,呈现出fusion的风味。厨师巧妙地使用鸡蛋来包裹鸡扒,因此鸡肉在口中会散发出鸡蛋香。另外,Kumara Patoto 泥也是厨师特别炮制的,味道十分甜美。


Kapitan Fish 【RM16.90】

同样的厨师使用了鸡蛋来炸这片Dory Fish, 淋上了香浓的甲必丹咖喱,又是另一种南洋风味。娘惹式的咖喱别于一般,因为他们会加入椰奶,以让咖喱更加香浓。配料方面,厨师则使用了Kerabu和蛋炒饭来搭配,配上清新爽口略带酸味的Kerabu自然就不会觉得油腻啦!


Mexican Fish 【RM15.90】

烘烤鱼淋上Maxican Sauce, 充满了胡椒辛辣有又带酸甜的酱汁,的确开胃!

我觉得一家餐厅,诚意最重要。我是因为买了voucher来这里吃,才认识了这里。吃了好多餐的voucher,这里最让我满意。话说,很多时候那些餐厅会减少分量来敷衍那些买voucher进来吃的顾客。这里我吃到了原有的分量,味道又好,所以才决定召集朋友在这里进行试吃,并推荐给大家。

甜入心坎的一刻 | Delicous | Straits Quay

黑白照?有多甜蜜?不是啦,只是觉得拍出来的效果不错就放出来给大家欣赏。Delicous应该开了好几个月了吧,只是从没想过要到这儿来,前阵子在电视看了厨师选拔节目在这里取景后,觉得里头的装潢蛮不错的,就约了朋友来这里寻找美食啦!



水蓝色成了这里的主调,天花板上挂了大大小小的鸟笼,宽敞的空间,让这里显得少许梦幻。柜台前摆放着各种令人垂涎三尺的甜品,这里肯定会吸引许多女性前来光顾!

人生的历练多了,事情看多了,总会有几番苦涩埋藏心中,有多少时候想再感受失去的甜蜜?那尝过甜咸酸苦的味蕾对一层不变的甜品早就失去了兴趣,可是,看到这些精致的甜品却是让自己的食欲大增,味蕾也顿时活跃起来。


Tiramisu 原本就藏着一段非常凄美的爱情故事,当年正值战乱,一个意大利士兵离开自己的家,去前线参战。他的妻子把家里存着的面包、饼干还有奶油、黄油都一股脑儿地打碎拌在一起,做成这种点心给丈夫带去。TIRAMISU 的意大利语就是 “带我走”。

细细地品味了这一杯Tiramisu,嘴里溢出了浓浓的咖啡味和酒香味,品味出了百变的人生。Tiramisu凄美的爱情故事没发生过在我身上,倒是一段段不如意的感情生活,蛋糕里的苦涩反而是反映出了一段段的伤心故事,嗯。。。。。。别想太多了,还是品尝其他的吧!


卖相特别之处就是他身上的刺,看起来好像刺猬般,吃起来一点儿都不难,外表烤得金黄的 mousse,原来里头暗藏着柠檬酸,酸酸甜甜的,令人吃了赞不绝口!


远看似白雪片片的蛋糕,表面其实是铺满了椰丝,蛋糕里头又有椰肉,口感十足!甜滋滋的感觉综合了tiramisu的苦涩,吃了后自然心情好许多!还有,圣诞节吃的话更应节,本地没有雪花,就用蛋糕上的雪花来望梅止渴吧!


这块cheese cake猜看是什么做的?不是香叶,而是开心果。Wow!开心果也可以制成cheese cake,想都没想过耶!也许开心果本身有少许涩,因此加了许多糖,感觉是有点太甜了。如果你爱吃超甜的蛋糕,这一块cheese cake肯定适合你。


草莓配上鲜奶油,底部是烘干的慕斯,慕斯虽然是硬的但是一送到嘴里马上融化,像极棉花糖。鲜奶油基本上没有任何味道,所以要配上草莓一起吃,加上入口即化的慕斯,感觉十分奇妙。


这个派里面装着核桃,味道甜美,核桃咬在嘴里脆脆的,加上香草味的雪糕,层次感又提升啦!

嗯,心烦时,来这儿吃一块甜甜的蛋糕来缓和情绪,静静坐在咖啡座里思考,真的蛮不错的。。。。。。。
