其实，此举真的令人费解，为何槟州教育局要做出一连串的调配工作？是为了让学校有更好的发展？还是要让老师无所适从，然后对教育残生厌恶，最后放弃？如果换了老师就能为学校带来新的景象，那未免太肤浅了吧？如果我的学校去的是一名精英，来的却是一条虫，那还不是一样？或是教育局认为那些虫在原校已经进入冬眠状态，所以打算将他换个环境来让他蚕变？如果是这样，我。。。。。。也不懂得怎么说？如果是这一点，我却有点认同。

说实在的，有一些前辈确实在一个熟悉的环境久了，真的会进入舒适状态（comfort zone), 因为在这里他的年资最老，有他说没你说，每天总是倚老卖老，这种老师又真的不能叫人珍惜。就像我的学校，那些年资深的老师总会认为自己多么了得，而每天在办公室里说三道四，不是批评新老师的教书方式，就是评论某某的行为举止或传闻。有时，坐在办公室听到这些人在旁高谈阔论，真的很想一巴掌给他盖过去。

如果这样的老师被调职，我会拍案叫绝，让这些老师去到新环境，从新来过，在那里当新人的滋味是怎样的。当然，我校这次走的老师，是一位循循善诱的好老师，平日对我们后辈总是照顾周到，也经常吸收我们后辈的教书方式，并和我们一起分享经验。如此的好老师，失去是一种可惜。有时我真的在想，为什么那些作威作福的老师反而那么幸运，若是他们走的话，就是我们后辈的幸福了。

重点在这里，身为长辈的，提拔后辈无非是希望后辈延续你的专业精神，你的特有的技能，何必大摆姿态来批评后辈呢？你若看不顺眼的话，可以好好私底下和后辈商量，无需在办公室里冷嘲热讽，引来一大堆的误会？这样的长辈，如何叫我们信服？如何要我们尊重?

说真的，有时还蛮期待这些长舌妇被调走，还办公室清静。但站在教育的立场来说，这些老师确实都是好老师，有时还真的很矛盾。哈，不过，如果顶替这些人的，也是好老师的话，我会支持！

其实，一向来我都不拒绝接受这些小学生的request, 尤其是那些毕业的学生，因为透过facebook, 起码大家还可以保持联系。可是，却没想到这么快会传到目前还在小学的学生。由于facebook里发布了许多个人照及生活照，我在想如果我接受的话，那岂不是等于将自己私隐公开？那到时说句话也必须步步为营，我才不要！

除此之外，那天竟然还发现有毕业生将他们几人老师的丑照给放上去了。那张照片真的很丑，那个老师嘴巴张大大的，而且是拍近照，因此看起来更加夸张。哇，这样还得了？如果那些好玩的孩子觉得有趣就将老师的丑照给post上去，那岂不是很糟糕。

更惨的是，学校家教学会的电脑班，竟然还打算以40%以网络为教学媒介，指导学生写blog, 设计照片, upload 照片等等。可是，依我来看，小学生学会用这些玩意儿实在太早了。当然，我不是老古董，不是不与时并进，而是孩子心智未成熟，他们又怎会分清是非呢？就好象把老师的丑照post上去，或许对于孩子来说，或许他们把它当成是开玩笑，可是对我们大人来说又有点觉得不懂得尊重老师。家协主席说，电脑老师应该在教这些东西时，融入道德价值，让孩子知道他们不能随意写blog或upload图片。如果凭电脑老师就能控制学生的行为，那我会佩服得五体投地。孩子单凭那样就会建立出正确的思想的话，我觉得那是根本没可能。因为学校有4节道德节，连道德科目加上一班专业的老师都塑造不出行为高尚的学生，你认为电脑老师能吗？

最近就因为有学生在Facebook里找到朋友的半裸，其实应该是才刚冲完凉，可能是哥哥好玩给post了上去，结果刚好被学校的朋友看到，该名朋友便将照片打印，然后传给班上的同学看。你说，糟糕吗？
