甜入心坎的一刻 | Delicous | Straits Quay

黑白照？有多甜蜜？不是啦，只是觉得拍出来的效果不错就放出来给大家欣赏。Delicous应该开了好几个月了吧，只是从没想过要到这儿来，前阵子在电视看了厨师选拔节目在这里取景后，觉得里头的装潢蛮不错的，就约了朋友来这里寻找美食啦！
水蓝色成了这里的主调，天花板上挂了大大小小的鸟笼，宽敞的空间，让这里显得少许梦幻。柜台前摆放着各种令人垂涎三尺的甜品，这里肯定会吸引许多女性前来光顾！
人生的历练多了，事情看多了，总会有几番苦涩埋藏心中，有多少时候想再感受失去的甜蜜？那尝过甜咸酸苦的味蕾对一层不变的甜品早就失去了兴趣，可是，看到这些精致的甜品却是让自己的食欲大增，味蕾也顿时活跃起来。
Tiramisu 原本就藏着一段非常凄美的爱情故事，当年正值战乱，一个意大利士兵离开自己的家，去前线参战。他的妻子把家里存着的面包、饼干还有奶油、黄油都一股脑儿地打碎拌在一起，做成这种点心给丈夫带去。TIRAMISU 的意大利语就是 “带我走”。
细细地品味了这一杯Tiramisu，嘴里溢出了浓浓的咖啡味和酒香味，品味出了百变的人生。Tiramisu凄美的爱情故事没发生过在我身上，倒是一段段不如意的感情生活，蛋糕里的苦涩反而是反映出了一段段的伤心故事，嗯。。。。。。别想太多了，还是品尝其他的吧！
卖相特别之处就是他身上的刺，看起来好像刺猬般，吃起来一点儿都不难，外表烤得金黄的 mousse，原来里头暗藏着柠檬酸，酸酸甜甜的，令人吃了赞不绝口！
远看似白雪片片的蛋糕，表面其实是铺满了椰丝，蛋糕里头又有椰肉，口感十足！甜滋滋的感觉综合了tiramisu的苦涩，吃了后自然心情好许多！还有，圣诞节吃的话更应节，本地没有雪花，就用蛋糕上的雪花来望梅止渴吧！
这个派里面装着核桃，味道甜美，核桃咬在嘴里脆脆的，加上香草味的雪糕，层次感又提升啦！
嗯，心烦时，来这儿吃一块甜甜的蛋糕来缓和情绪，静静坐在咖啡座里思考，真的蛮不错的。。。。。。。

Well，做了播客四年，期間有彈也有贊，不過我覺得轉變和堅持才是最重要的。從一個無聊的談心節目，到談論一些無聊話題，到最後變成人物專訪，期間有想過放棄，但是之後才發現一些人物專訪總是讓我發掘不一樣的故事，我開始喜歡。
這次，我找來了我的師傅John Ong來一起做節目，他也是我最佳聽眾，因此和他聊了不少做節目的心得。希望大家可以聽聽啦!
